Contract & period questions:
1. How long takes the server to be online? If the server is on stock the access is inmediate, if there is no stock the server is ready within 24/48 hours or less.
2. What level of support I find on your servers? We offer an end support 24 hours thanks to our standard systems of KVM, APC, Universal Installer by network and system recovery arranged in all our services free of charge.
3. How long takes the contract term? We have a standard duration of the contract of 3 months. This means you can not cancelate your server during three months. This standard contract is renewed automaticaly if you don't pre-cancel it.
4. The payment is done every month? Yes, we charge you the dealed amount every month at your set-up date.
5. Can I order on weekends? Yes, we work 24/365. Therefore you will find our support always on weekends as well with our automated order and deployment system.
6. How long I need to notify a cancelation? 15 days before of your billing date.
Why Rescue system?
The rescue system allows you to install any distribution of Linux / Unix with the universal installer network booting through out the rescue system, accessible from your server automatically at start up and selected by you from a KVM session.
This rescue system allows to solve all sorts of problems with your operating system, such as, recover file systems, change network settings, make fresh installs with our universal installer, make backups, make images, check out hardware issues and a huge list of tools that IT might need.
Through a KVM session can safely restart the server.
Why KVM over IP?
KVM over IP provides out of band, direct acccess to your server by connecting directly to the Keyboard, Video, and Mouse ports on your server. This allows for enhanced access to your server, including the ability to watch the boot up process, change BIOS or RAID settings, and fix OS level problems that would otherwise require remote support from the datacenter.
Client side access is provided remotely over the network via an easily configured web appliation.

From APC portal you will be able to hard-reboot, shutdown and start your server at any time.
